The government of Liberia through the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA) has received support from the World Bank Group toward the implementation of the “Liberia Sustainable Management of Fisheries Project (LSMFP)”, and intends to utilize part of the funds for recruitment of a firm to design, implement, and monitor the Blue Enterprise Accelerator: Coastal Aquapreneur Incubation Program (BEA-CAIP) in favor of NaFAA.

The objective of the assignment: NaFAA has initiated a Blue Enterprise Accelerator: Coastal Aquapreneur Incubation Program (BEA-CAIP) – a business incubation initiative aimed at building a new generation of sustainable fisheries entrepreneurs—”aquapreneurs”—from Liberia’s coastal counties. The program seeks to improve entrepreneurial capacity, promote environmental stewardship, and support the emergence of modern, profitable fisheries-based enterprises.

The National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority (NaFAA) now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in performing the Services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brief corporate profile: technical and managerial capability of the firm, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills and staff, etc.)
